Delivery Policy
1. Digital delivery
All maxydesigner services are delivered digitally as Figma files, exported assets and supporting documents. No physical goods are sent.
2. Delivery timelines
Byte plan: 10 working days from kickoff call. Build plan: 20 working days. Brand plan: 35 working days. Speed Boost audit: 7 working days.
3. Delivery format
Figma source files shared via Figma link, exported assets as PNG and SVG, and a written developer specification document as PDF. Additional formats on request.
4. Post-delivery
A 14-day correction period follows each delivery. During this time we address corrections to the delivered files at no additional cost. This period does not cover new scope or change requests.
5. Project start
After payment a kickoff call is scheduled within 1 business day. Work begins after the kickoff call, not after payment. The delivery clock starts from the kickoff call date.
