Processing is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act (ZZLD). Supervised by the Commission for Personal Data Protection (KZLD), cpdp.bg.
2. Data collected
Contact enquiries: name, email, phone (optional), project description. Orders: name, email, phone, country. Analytics: none. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics platforms.
3. Legal basis
Order and billing data is processed on the basis of contract performance (GDPR Article 6.1.b). Enquiry data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to communications (Article 6.1.f).
4. Retention
Order and billing records are retained for 5 years as required by Bulgarian tax law. Project files are retained for 30 days after project delivery then deleted. Enquiry emails not resulting in a project are retained for 2 years.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data. Contact hello@maxydesigner.com. You may also file a complaint with the KZLD at cpdp.bg.
6. Third parties
Payment processing is provided by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, subject to Stripe privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Google Fonts is used for typography. No data is sold or shared with any other third party.
