Terms of Service
1. Parties
These Terms govern the relationship between maxydesigner (1 Bryast St, Lozenets, Sofia 1164, Bulgaria) and any client purchasing a service. By completing an order you accept these Terms in full.
2. Services
maxydesigner provides digital design services: website design, brand identity, motion design, e-commerce design, app interface design and website performance audits. All services are delivered as digital files.
3. Payment
All prices are in BGN. Payment is processed through Stripe. An order is confirmed upon successful payment. We do not begin work until payment is received.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are defined per package: Byte 10 days, Build 20 days, Brand 35 days. Timelines start from the kickoff call date, not from payment date. We notify you if a delivery date cannot be met and agree a new date in writing.
5. Revisions
Revision rounds are as specified per package. Revision requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work begins.
6. Intellectual property
Full rights to the delivered design files transfer to the client upon complete payment. maxydesigner retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of liability
maxydesigner liability is limited to the fee paid for the service. We are not liable for business results following implementation of the design.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
