Refund Policy
1. Before work begins
Full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before the kickoff call has taken place. Email hello@maxydesigner.com with your order reference.
2. After kickoff, before design delivery
Partial refund may be available proportional to work not yet completed. We provide a written summary of work completed before calculating the refund amount.
3. After delivery
If delivered files contain material errors that deviate from the agreed brief, we correct them at no additional cost within the 14-day post-delivery correction period. This does not constitute grounds for a full refund once files have been delivered and accepted.
4. Process
Email hello@maxydesigner.com with your order reference and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
