Do you only design or do you also build?

We design. We do not write code ourselves, but we produce full developer handoffs with annotated Figma files and specification documents. We can recommend developers we have worked with.
Where are you based?

In Sofia, Bulgaria, Lozenets district. We work with clients in Bulgaria and internationally. All project communication is in English or Bulgarian.
Can I start with a smaller package and upgrade later?

No. Our packages are scoped as complete engagements, not modular subscriptions. If you think you need more than the Byte package, start with Build. Upgrading mid-project adds friction and usually costs more in total.
What happens after I pay?

We contact you within one business day to schedule a kickoff call. We review the brief, agree on content and timelines, and start work. The delivery clock starts from the kickoff call date, not from payment.
Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Around 30% of our clients are outside Bulgaria. All project communication is in English. Contracts are in English or Bulgarian based on preference.
What formats do you deliver in?

Figma source files, exported PNG and SVG at required sizes, and a developer specification document. On request, we also export WebP. The Brand package includes additional brand guideline PDF.
